Order messages:
1. Orders are modified to reflect ex-dividend and stock splits.
2. Order verification (step 2) will give current bid/ask quotes whicih may change by the time order is placed.
3. Orders are monitored in real time.
4. Orders automatically expire after 12 weeks if savings criteria are not met.

Some tips to get the most out of Computer-assisted trading

1. For best results, cash value of sell order should be similar to cash value of buy order (use Auto quantity below to calculate the right number of shares on the buy side).
2.

CAT works best for savings around 2%. If small smavings and an excellent probability of execution are your goals, don't go for more than 2% savings.

3.

Evem if you go after 4% savings you still have approx. 80% of chances of having your order executed

4.

CAT monitors orders from the moment they are entered. Requested savings of identical orders entered at different times will neither be reached at the same time nor at the same prices because conditions at order entry were different.
